Established History: The association was officially registered as a housing cooperative on August 14, 2017. The current financial plan was registered on October 31, 2019, and the association's bylaws were established on July 12, 2017, and revised and approved by Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office) on August 17, 2023. The house is built year 2020.

Broadband, TV and telephony: We have an agreement with Telia 1000/1000 Mbits for a basic package o channels. The cost for the package is 165 SEK/month.
Electricity and Water: The cost of hot water and electricity consumption is an additional expense within the monthly fee. We apply individual metering of each household's consumption, and this is billed quarterly in conjunction with the monthly fee.Insurance: The property is fully insured with If. Insurance for the housing cooperative supplement is included in the property's insurance and does not need to be purchased separately by residents. However, we recommend that each individual obtain home insurance for personal property within their apartment and storage.
Heating: We utilize district heating (fjärrvärme). The property is designed as a passive house, harnessing solar energy to heat the building passively. The ventilation system captures heat from exhaust air and uses it to warm incoming air.
Balcony Enclosure: Building permits have been granted for balcony enclosures, and work began in June 2021.
